Retrospectiva2015: implementation of the new general employment law

The most violated were the occupational qualifier, lack of receipt of remuneration, working hours, social security, not completing the map of characterization, acceptance/dismissal, holiday bonuses, enjoyment of holidays, insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases.
